The Villages in the Aure and Louron valleys of Pyrénées2vallées / P2V

At an altitude of 900 m, Camparan is a quiet village with pleasant gîtes and preserved architecture. It benefits from a sunny location and a radiant view of the Pyrenees2valleys. The village, overlooked by the wooded ridge of the Bois de Pale between the Aure and Louron valleys, is the starting point for hikes to the peaks.

You will be seduced by the sloping streets and the long slate roofs of the village. But also, you will discover the traditional houses like the Maison Biau, as well as the pretty porches and dated portals.

The village is built around the church of Sainte-Luce- Saint-Vincent, which was built between 1846 and 1848. Worth seeing: the fountain and the old wine presses which have become rare.
